To set up hours, pull the crown and adjust
To set up date, same pull crown and move the hours only the hours hand will be moving.
to set up minutes and seconds you need a pen and you need to press the crown as shown in last picture, hold when you pressing for 5 seconds, you will see the seconds stopped, now repress fast (must repress fast) and you will able to see the seconds and minutes rolling and adjust to the time.
this movement was created by omega between 1973 and 1982, and they are one of the best quartz movements ever built. They called press and pulled with half quartz and half mechanism movements.
